Kim Kardashian to pay $1m after being charged over crypto promotion on her Instagram

Kim Kardashian has agreed to pay $1.26m (£1.12m) to settle charges brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission over a post on her Instagram account.

The reality TV star failed to disclose she was paid $250,000 (£220,000) for promoting a cryptocurrency asset on her feed, said the SEC.
